The Ranch House is the heart of the River Valley Ranch Community. The 14,000 square foot Ranch House features a staffed hospitality desk, luxury Great Room with a library, board games, and TV, a snack bar, fitness facility, men’s and women’s locker and steam rooms as well as a conference room. The conference room is available to members to book for private functions such as business meetings or special interest groups.

The Ranch House is the place to be any time of the day, in any season. Come over in the morning for a cup of hot coffee or tea and peruse the local and national papers. Stop by on a hot summer afternoon for an ice-cold beer or a chilled Chardonnay poolside. There are plenty of tasty snacks, sodas, and beverages for the kids. Ice cream is a perfect treat after a morning of fishing with buddies at the Crystal Bridge Pond.

The Ranch House hosts Tennis, Swim, and Fitness Programming along with numerous other functions and events. It also hosts all monthly Executive Board Meetings, the Annual Meeting in December as well as the Summer Gathering in July.
